[Urgent] Be cautious of an EC21 phishing call asking your Password!
Dear All EC21 members,
Please be cautious of a person trying to hack EC21 members' account by impersonating EC21 staff.
We've been reported that there is a phishing call pretending to be EC21 staff and asking our members their account information such as email address and password.
You might see the caller ID is 82-2-6000-4393 which is my office phone number. The person is trying to call by manipulating the phone number.
Please note that EC21 never ask you directly for personal or account information via phone call or email. Therefore, disregard any calls or emails claiming to be from EC21 that request such information or direct you to a different website that asks for such information.
If you have ever received this kind of call, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Re : [Urgent] Be cautious of an EC21 phishing call asking your Password!
Usually, they never mentioned specific product requirements, e.g. product name, quantity, customs demands and so on. When they send you an email, the attachment will be a link, very strange, why not a picture or a PDF, excel, or a word file?
When you open the link on web explorer, you will find it is asking you to input your email address and your password...
This is fishing email, and they will rob your email address and password and then contact your own friends and clients and then ask money from them...
Be careful and cancel them directly!
